If the server fails to read-in your number, you have probably failed to register or get a user number. Please, read the instruction.

If you are a registered user, but the server fails to read in your number, try to re-register. Log in on the home page (enter your number, identifier and password). Select 'Cookies' in the list of operations and log in.

Does the login in your OS consist of Russian letters? Try to change them for Latin ones. If the server still fails to read your number, then cookies are disabled in your browser (or our server fails to recognize your cookies). All the cookies set by our site can be used by December 10, 2010. Your browser (for example IE4) can fail to read 2010 correctly.

If the server reads parameters that are not yours, you must re-register as described above.

If there are spaces, letters or similar characters in your registration details, you must re-register as described above.
If the error persists, try to log in on the home page and then test your computer again on this page. You will find your ASP session details below.
