What should I do when during the registration or logging in I receive a message about the incompatibility?

Make sure that you have WebMoney Keeper 2.2.0.8 (or higher) on your computer. Close all the applications and retry to log in. If the error occurs during several days, your computer is incompatible with our system. Unfortunately, the anonymity of visitors makes us take strict measure to prevent hyping of hits. Pay close attention to system messages and follow system recommendations.

What should I do if I cannot collect Bonuses after the registration?

TEST YOUR COMPUTER here. In case of problems, log in before collecting Bonuses and do not close the browser with our site. (Then the ASP-session won’t time out).

What should I do if I haven’t received the code of protection?

Your email must be secure. If you do not receive the code of protection during 24 hours, select ‘Re-mailing of Code’ in the list of available operations. If you still receive no code of protection, change your email and select ‘Re-mailing of Code’ again.

How can I enter the code of protection?

Right-click on the purse whose number you entered during the conversion, select 'History' -> 'Operations' -> 'Operation with key (to the purseZ722179599116)'. Right-click and select 'Conclude'.

How can I send a message via inner WebMoney Keeper mail?

Select ‘Message’ -> ‘Send’ on your WebMoney Keeper menu. Specify the recipient’s WM ID in the ‘To’ field.

I have forgotten my number and/or password.

Contact the Administrator via inner WebMoney Keeper mail (WM identifier 955357092450). We do not consider messages about lost passwords or/and numbers sent via email.

Can I change the password?

Contact the Administrator via the inner WebMoney Keeper mail (WM identifier 955357092450). Write that you want to change your password (type both the old and new passwords). Specify your number in the system (my number is -1). Messages without numbers are not considered.

Can I change the referrer's number?

No, you cannot.

How can I re-register under another number?

You can re-register on BXOD.com only after a month of inactivity.

I use WMKeeper Light. How can I join your service?

In order to join our service, you need a WM passport. WM passport helps the service identify the Visitor’s uniqueness. For further information on attestation, click here.

I have lost my WebMoney Keeper keys, password or WM identifier! What should I do?

Losing your keys, password or WM ID means losing your money. There are rare exceptions when the old WM identifier can be changed by a new one. The WM ID holder will be identified in the system with the help of an application sent via the WebMoney Keeper inner mail from a new WM ID to user 955357092450. The application should contain the old WM ID, email and password. You must log in from the IP address, from which you logged in last time. This service is paid. We charge 50 Bonuses (or 0.5 WMZ) for WM ID retrieval
